DIY Succulent Wall
I created this succulent wall about 5 years ago and it’s truly thrived. I’ve re-coated it once but I’m liking the rustic wood look that the Florida sun naturally gives it overtime. I do have this hanging under the roof awning, so the succulents don’t get much rainfall, which is so common in Florida, especially during the summertime.
Growing succulents in Florida can be challenging due to the high humidity and frequent rainfall, but with proper care, they can thrive. Opt for heat-tolerant varieties like agave, aloe, and sedum, and plant them in well-draining soil to prevent root rot. Providing ample sunlight and occasional watering during dry spells will keep them healthy in Florida’s unique climate.
